The debentures do not have a credit rating from a recognised credit rating agency. This means that no independent assessment has been made about the risk of investors losing all or part of their principal investment.

These debentures are not bank deposits.
 
 

PricewaterhouseCoopers partners Greg Hall and Phil Carter have been appointed receivers and managers of Donovan Oates Hannaford Mortgage Corporation Limited (DOHMC) on 27 February 2008.

The Directors and Trustee acting on behalf of the debentureholders agreed to the appointment as a prudent method of maintaining the value of the debentureholders’ investments and winding down the business.

This is a ‘director led’ voluntary process and the receivers and managers, Mr Hall and Mr Carter with the ongoing assistance of DOHMC management will act on the debentureholders behalf to maintain the return.
